About CETM Singapore
Founded in 1989, our company embarked on a mission to meet the burgeoning demand for electronic and electrical testing and measurement equipment in Singapore. Initially, our efforts were concentrated on establishing a robust presence through the exclusive distribution of the prestigious "FLUKE" brand, renowned for its quality and reliability, catering to numerous industrial giants across the nation.
Over the years, we have actively engaged in a multitude of industry events, including electronics, electrical, HVAC, and process trade shows, alongside collaborative seminars and roadshows with our esteemed partners. These strategic marketing endeavors have not only broadened our product portfolio but also expanded our clientele, strengthening our position in the market.
In 2002, we initiated a strategic collaboration with Corporation Electric Co Pte Ltd, marking a significant milestone in our business expansion strategy. This alliance facilitated an immediate increase in human resources, expanded product offerings, and a broader customer base. Through the integration of Corporation Electric's trading division into our operations, including its clientele and represented agencies, our company transitioned from Test & Measurement (S) Pte Ltd to CE-Test & Measurement (S) Pte Ltd.
With this rebranding, our mission evolved to position ourselves as a comprehensive solution provider of industrial testing and measurement equipment for our esteemed clientele.
In 2005, we established our inaugural overseas branch office, CETM Electrotest Sdn Bhd, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Building on this success, we expanded our presence to Penang, Malaysia in 2007, offering our complete suite of products and services to the Malaysian market.
In the same year, 2007, we further expanded our global footprint with the establishment of CETM Globaltest Pte Ltd in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam. This strategic move enabled us to extend sales and technical support services for our entire range of products to the Vietnamese market as well.

Currently, we proudly represent renowned brands of test equipment such as "FLUKE," "MEGGER," "ONSET," "FLUKE NETWORKS," "NETALLY," “GOODWILL,” “RADIODETECTION,” and “POMONA.” In addition to sales and marketing, we offer value-added services including repair and calibration for our comprehensive range of products, encompassing both portable and fixed systems.
