E2670 series is a new line of flameproof detectors-transmitters intended for use in ATEX Zones 2 and 22. E2670 series devices are based on PluraSens® multifunctional platform. Solvent vapors transmitter E2670-VOC is intended to detect ethanol, toluene, xylene and other VOCs.
The instrument utilises a fully calibrated metal-oxide semiconductor gas sensor with excellent repeatability, stability and long lifetime. According to user's preferences the detector can be ordered for either fire prevention (range 0...100% LEL) or for toxicity prevention (range 0...1000 ppm). Two relays with closing contact (optional) may be used for remote signalling or concentration control. Two alarm set-points are user settable. Two analog outputs and RS485 digital interface with industry standard Modbus RTU protocol can be used to connect the detector to safety or building automation systems.
