Indemnity
The User shall agree to indemnify and hold CE-Test & Measurement (S) Pte ltd and its employees and partners harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities (including any statutory liability and 3rdparty liabilities) that made by any third party due to, or arising from the use of the Site and/or Services and/or the User’s breach of the Terms of Use.
Confidentiality of Customers' Information
All customers’ information created during the performance of the laboratory activities, including documentation of certificate of calibration and technical data, or obtained by any means, other than information that customer makes publicly available, are considered confidential. Under no circumstances, except as required by law, can this information be disclosed to a third party or in a public domain without written permission from the customer. This applies to all personnel, including any committee members, contractors, personnel of external bodies, or individuals acting on the laboratory’s behalf. Information about the customer obtained from other than the customer shall be confidential between the customer and the laboratory. The provider of the information shall be confidential to the laboratory and shall not be shared with the customer, unless agreed by the provider.
